In app: The option to delete your loyalty account is located in the "..." menu on the loyalty screen for a specific restaurant. It can also be accessed within the ‘Rewards’ tab.
How to do it: Open the Local by Toast app > Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab> Tap on the program you’d like to remove > Select the ‘...’ menu on the top right corner > Tap Delete loyalty account > Review the message and tap Delete loyalty account again to confirm.
If missing: Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. This feature is rolling out gradually and may not be visible to all users immediately.
