The Local by Toast app supports loyalty redemption.
Once you've earned enough points at a particular restaurant you will be prompted to redeem or save your points.
There are a few common reasons why someone might be unable to redeem loyalty points:
Excluded Items: Some menu items may not be eligible for redemption as part of the restaurant's reward program.
Redemption Restrictions: Certain rewards may only be redeemable either in-store or online, depending on the restaurant's settings.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information about a specific reward, it's best to contact the restaurant directly.
Please note that each restaurant has full administrative control over its own loyalty program, and thus can set restrictions at its discretion (for example, it could prevent redemption on beverages). Please contact the relevant restaurant for questions about their loyalty program.
