You can view your reservations via the SMS and/or email confirmations that you received when creating the reservation. By clicking on the confirmation page provided, you can modify or cancel your booking.
If you do not have the SMS and/or email confirmations, you will need to contact the restaurant directly.
Please note that if your reservation has a deposit attached, you may cancel it from this screen; however, to modify, you will need to contact the restaurant directly. When you tap “Cancel reservation”, you will receive a message letting you know whether your deposit will be refunded or if you are canceling outside of the restaurant’s configured refund window. From here, you can choose whether to cancel your reservation or keep it.
When tapping “modify reservation”, you will be able to search for new availability based on your updated party size, dining area, date, and/or time. From here, you may also update your special requests or occasion.
If you used a Toast account to make your booking, you may sign in to your account by tapping the person icon in the top right corner of the page. From here, you can manage all of your past and upcoming bookings across Toast restaurants or view and update the name on your account.
