The most reliable way to track your delivery order is to contact the restaurant directly. Delivery may be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
Restaurant Delivery – The restaurant uses its own delivery drivers.
Third-Party Delivery Service – A third-party partner provides white-label, on-demand drivers.
The restaurant will have full visibility into the status of your order and can provide the most accurate updates.
Track Your Order via SMS
You may also receive text message updates regarding your delivery. If your order is being fulfilled by a third-party delivery service, an SMS notification containing a tracking link will be sent to you—unless you opted out of text notifications during checkout.
