Yes. You can add your birthday to your Toast Guest Account, and it will be shared across all loyalty programs that use Toast.
How it works:
One Birthday for All: Your Toast Guest Account birthday is the master date used for every restaurant loyalty program you participate in.
Automatic Updates: When you join a new loyalty program, Toast automatically uses the birthday already saved in your Guest Account. You won’t need to enter it again for each restaurant.
Overriding Past Entries: If you previously provided a birthday directly to a specific restaurant, your Toast Guest Account birthday will now be used for that program instead to keep your information consistent.
Note: While your birthday is shared, please be aware that birthday rewards are still subject to each individual restaurant's specific rules and eligibility.
Where to add your birthday
You can add your birthday from either:
Account settings on your profile, under the 'You' tab or
A loyalty account screen in the Rewards Hub (for example, when you are completing your profile or responding to a prompt to add your birthday).
Use whichever path is easier for you; both save the birthday to the same Toast Account.
Important: check your birthday before you save
After you save your birthday, you cannot change it. Please double-check thedetails before you confirm.
If your birthday was entered incorrectly, there is no way to revise it.
