This Toast Cash Boston Incentive ("Program") is a Promotional Offer under the Toast Guest Terms of Service ("Guest Terms"). By participating, you agree to the Guest Terms, including all defined terms therein. In the event of a conflict between these Program terms and the Guest Terms, the Guest Terms control except where these terms provide program-specific details.
Eligibility. Open to consumers with a Toast Account who are located in the Boston metropolitan area and access the Toast Local app (the “Toast App” as defined in the Guest Terms) during the Program Period. Void where prohibited.
Program Period & Expiration. The promotional window runs through June 14, 2026 ("Program Period"), unless the promotional budget is exhausted earlier. Toast Cash Bonuses expire thirty (30) days from receipt.
Program. Eligible consumers may receive Toast Cash Bonuses by completing each of the following actions once during the Program Period: (a) $5.00 for logging in to the Toast Local app (via an existing Toast Account or by creating a new Toast Account); (b) $5.00 for linking a Payment Method to Toast Wallet via Card Linking (for iOS) or Card Saving (for Android) - credited automatically at login if a Payment Method is already associatedlinked); (c) $5.00 for a first qualifying dine-in offer redemption (online orders do not qualify); and (d) $5.00 for a reservation booking within the Toast Local app (waitlist joins do not qualify). Maximum per consumer: $20.00. Limit one (1) set of qualifying actions per individual, regardless of the number of Toast Accounts held. Toast reserves the right to disqualify any individual and revoke Toast Cash Bonuses if Toast determines, in its sole discretion, that an individual has created or used multiple Toast Accounts to receive bonuses more than once under this Program. This promotional offer is for the intended recipient only and is non-transferable. Toast Cash Bonuses are typically credited within 24–48 hours.
Nature of Rewards. Toast Cash received under this Program constitutes Toast Cash Bonuses as defined in the Guest Terms. For clarity, Toast Cash Bonuses are distinct from any Toast Cash stored-value product available for purchase. The terms governing Toast Cash Bonuses in Section 7.3 of the Guest Terms apply, including without limitation provisions regarding non-transferability, expiration, and non-redeemability for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, Toast Cash Bonuses are not stored value and are not redeemable for cash.
Redemption. Toast Cash Bonuses may be applied at checkout in the Toast App or at participating Merchant locations that accept Toast Cash. If the order total is less than the balance applied, no cash back will be provided, but the remaining balance is retained until expiration. Toast Cash Bonuses may not be applied toward taxes, fees, or purchases of Age-Restricted Items.
Availability and Modification. Participation is first-come, first-served while the promotional budget lasts. Toast's rights to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program are governed by Sections 7.3 and 7.4 of the Guest Terms.
