This Toast Local Free Delivery promotion ("Program") is a Promotional Offer under the Toast Guest Terms of Service ("Guest Terms"). By participating, you agree to the Guest Terms, including all defined terms therein. In the event of a conflict between these Program terms and the Guest Terms, the Guest Terms control except where these terms provide program-specific details.
Eligibility. Open to consumers who have a Toast Account and are signed in to that account at the time the order is placed. If you do not have a Toast Account, you may create one in the Toast Local app or at toast.app. Qualifying orders must be delivery orders placed through the Toast Local app or Toast Local web (toast.app) (together, the "Toast App" as defined in the Guest Terms) from a participating restaurant during the Program Period, to a delivery address within that restaurant's delivery area. Void where prohibited.
Participating Restaurants. Participating restaurants are restaurants located in Boston, Somerville, Cambridge, or Brookline, Massachusetts that offer delivery through Toast Local and whose delivery fee is less than $10.00. Restaurants that charge a delivery fee of $10.00 or more, or a percentage-based delivery fee, are not participating restaurants. Participating restaurants are identified in the Toast App, including in the "Free Delivery" section, and the list of participating restaurants may change at any time without notice.
Program Period. The Program runs from 9/8/2026 through 11/30/2026 ("Program Period"), unless the promotional budget is exhausted earlier or the Program is modified, suspended, or terminated as described below.
Program. During the Program Period, Toast will cover the delivery fee charged by a participating restaurant on qualifying orders, up to a maximum of $10.00 per order, so that you are charged $0.00 for delivery. A qualifying order requires a minimum order subtotal of $15.00, calculated before the application of any discounts, offers, promotions, credits, gift cards, or other payment methods, and before taxes, gratuity, and any other fees. Orders below the $15.00 minimum are not eligible and the restaurant's delivery fee will apply. No promotional code, membership, or enrollment is required beyond having and being signed in to a Toast Account; the offer is applied automatically to qualifying orders at checkout.
What Is Not Covered. The Program covers the delivery fee charged to you by the participating restaurant, and nothing else. Taxes (including any tax assessed on the delivery fee), gratuity, service charges, and any other fees, charges, or amounts shown at checkout are not covered and remain your responsibility. Menu prices are set by the restaurant and are not affected by the Program. The Program does not change the fees, costs, or commercial arrangements between the restaurant and Toast or between the restaurant and any delivery provider, all of which remain the restaurant's responsibility and are unaffected by this offer.
Where the Offer Applies. The Program applies only to delivery orders placed through the Toast Local app or Toast Local web (toast.app). It does not apply to pickup orders, to orders placed on a restaurant's own website or online ordering page, to orders placed in person or by phone, or to orders placed through any third-party delivery platform or marketplace.
Combining Offers. The Program may be combined with one (1) other applicable offer on the same order. Where more than one other offer is available, you may be asked to select which to apply. Toast reserves the right to determine the order in which offers are applied.
Nature of the Offer. The Program is a promotional offer funded by Toast. It is not stored value, is not a gift card or gift certificate, has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. The amount covered by Toast will appear on your receipt as a discount.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Adjustments. If an order is canceled, refunded in whole or in part, or otherwise adjusted, the delivery fee covered by Toast will not be refunded or credited to you in cash or otherwise. If an adjustment causes an order to fall below the $15.00 minimum, Toast reserves the right to reverse the offer and charge the applicable delivery fee.
Availability and Modification. Participation is first-come, first-served while the promotional budget lasts. Toast may modify, suspend, or terminate this Program, or change the participating restaurants, eligibility criteria, order minimum, or coverage amount, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
Abuse. Toast reserves the right to disqualify any individual, cancel any order, and revoke any benefit if Toast determines, in its sole discretion, that the individual has engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation of delivery address or location, use of multiple Toast Accounts to obtain benefits not otherwise available, or any other conduct inconsistent with these terms or the Guest Terms.
