I added my card to the app, but I didn’t get points. Why?

Ensure you have "Opted-In" to linking via the popup in the Loyalty tab of your app.

This feature does not currently support Apple Pay added via the app. To link Apple Pay, you must perform one transaction in-store and follow the prompts on the guest-facing screen.

Check that the restaurant you visited actually participates in the Toast Loyalty program.
